From Maa's Kitchen: Hareera

Benefit of Hareera: Haddiyon ki mazbooti, maa ka doodh supachya banata hai, maa-bache ka pet theek rakhta hai

Ingredients:

Haldi: 200 gm
Sonth: 200 gm
Ajwain: 200 gm
kalaunji: 100 gm
gud: 500 gm
Ghee: 250 gm
Sookha nariyal: 50 gm
Bhuna makhana: 50 gm
Chhuhare: 50 gm
Badaam: 50 gm
Kaju: 50 gm

Method:

Sonth aur haldi ko alag alag pees len. Kalaunji ko raat me bhigo len aur pees len. Ajwain bhi pees len. Kadhai me ghee daalen aur haldi, sonth aur ajwain daalen. 10 min tk bhoon len dheemi anch pe. fir pisa hua kalaunji daal den. mixture ko dark brown hone tak bhunne den. jab ghee chhodne lage to gud chhote tukdon me daal den. 5-7 min fir bhunen. gud ke melton hone tak mixture chalaate rahen fir gas band kar den. saare kate mewe daal den aur dhak den.

Ingredients:

Atta: 1kg
Pure Ghee: 1kg
Bhoora (grounded sugar): 1 Kg
almonds (grounded): 400 gm
Chaar Magaj: 200 gm
kasaa hua gola (nariyal): 100 gm
safed mirch: 10 gm
ajwain: 2 teaspoon
kishmish: 100 gm
kaaju: 50 gm
Chiraunji: 50 gm
Pista: 50 gm

Method:

1/2 kg ghee me atta bhoon len. dheere dheere chalaate rahen. beech beech me baaki ka bhi adha ghee daalte rahen. brown hone tak dheemi aanch pe bhoone till golden brown. gas band kar den aur ek paraat me thanda hone den. grownded dry fruits ko aate me milayen. safed mirch ko bhi mixi me dardara pees len. baaki ingredients bhi aate me mila den (including sugar). ab mixture ka dheere dheere ladoo bandh len. agar laddoo banane me dikkat ho to thoda kacha doodh mix kar len.


**Beneficial for post-delivery: add gond to the mixture. gond ko ghee me bhoon len aur thanda hone ke baad pees len. fir mixture me baaki ingredients ki tarah mix kar len.
